Control your battery system, based upon dynamic tariffs
By connecting your battery system to Niko Home Control via API and enabling dynamic tariff control, you can automatically optimize battery charging and discharging based on real-time electricity prices and available solar energy.
The battery is charged during the most cost-effective periods, using excess PV production and low tariff windows (Time-of-Use or dynamic tariffs). During periods of higher electricity prices, the stored energy is used to power the home, maximizing savings and self-consumption.

Connect your battery system to Niko Home Control via API and activate dynamic tariff control to optimise your energy costs automatically. The battery charges when excess solar energy is available and when electricity tariffs are at their lowest, including Time-of-Use and dynamic tariff periods. It then discharges during peak-price periods, maximising the value of your stored energy and reducing your electricity bill.
