Move devices to channel
Starting point
You have performed the scans in the Powerline tool and identified the cause of the problem: the Niko devices are on multiple channels and/or on the same channel as powerline devices from other suppliers.
The Powerline tool is installed and opened on a PC that is connected to the network.
Procedure
You should move your Niko devices to a channel without Powerline devices from other suppliers. Before you move devices, scan and interpret the results.
Disconnect all powerline devices from other suppliers.
Click Move devices to channel.
In the pop-up window, enter the channel to which you want to move the Niko devices. This can be a number between 0 and 7.
In the pop-up window, check if all devices of your Niko 2-wire access control system are included.
If a device is missing, click No and add extra devices manually.
If all devices are included, click Yes.
Close and reopen the Powerline tool.
Scan to check if all Niko devices are on the correct channel.
