Add extra devices

Starting point

You have performed the scans in the Powerline tool and identified one or more Niko devices that are on a channel but not on the network. You must manually add each missing device before you can move your Niko devices to another channel.

The Powerline tool is installed and opened on a PC that is connected to the network.

Procedure

1. Click Add extra devices.

2. In the pop-up window, enter the MAC address of the missing device. This is a 12-character code in the following format: “00:11:2A:XX:XX:XX.” Confirm by clicking OK.

Enter the MAC address correctly:

• capital letters

• “:” between every two characters
