1. Identify hardware and required replacements

If you use Niko Home Control 1.x hardware

You can return your Controller for Niko Home Control 1.x and request a migration package via the web form on https://my.niko.eu/

For more information about the migration package, please consult the Niko website: www.niko.eu/en/our-products/home-automation/nhc-migration-package

If your installation includes products that are not compatible with Niko Home Control 2.x, you need to replace them with a more recent model.

Use the following table to check which replacements you need:

If you use Niko Home Control 2.x hardware with Niko Home Control software 1.x

The following controllers can remain part of your installation and can be upgraded to Niko Home Control 2.x:

  • Connected controller for Niko Home Control II: 550-00003

  • Connected controller for Niko Home Control 1.x: 550-00004

If your installation includes other products that are not compatible with Niko Home Control 2.x, you need to replace them with a more recent model.
