You need no special preparations in existing homes with traditional wiring when installing Niko Home Control with a wireless smart hub:
-
You can reuse the electrical wiring and fuse boxes.
-
The same current ratings apply for the fuses in the cabinet.
-
The same wiring section applies as for classic sockets and switches.
-
-
You do not need to provide extra space in the electrical cabinet.
-
You can easily replace the original switches and socket outlets by connected switches and connected socket outlets.
-
You can use the original flush-mounting boxes (also multiple flush-mounting boxes + horizontal and vertical).
Always obey local installation rules and regulations (e.g. Belgium AREI).
