Condensation openings

By removing the condensation opening at the bottom of the box during installation, water cannot accumulate inside the box. The protection degree will be lowered to maximum IP44.
Mounting holes

The mounting holes are aligned on a vertical axis. Each screw hole is oval, allowing minor drilling inaccuracies to be compensated. The centre distance between the mounting holes is permanently marked on the bottom of each box. Sufficient space is provided for the use of an electric screwdriver. Place the sealing tabs over the screws to ensure double insulation and maintain the IP55 protection rating.
Earthing terminal

Insert the cable into the box and tighten the cable gland. For boxes with multiple cable entries, the earth conductors must be interconnected using the integrated WAGO push-wire connector. Ensure sufficient wire length is left inside the box.
Retaining clips for base

|---|
Once the wiring has been completed, click the base into position. Two robust retaining clips securely hold the base in place, preventing the wiring from pushing the mechanism out of the box. This leaves both hands free to fit the cover. The base can easily be removed using a screwdriver.
