The smart plug is connecting to the Zigbee® network

  • Wait until the green LED flashes rapidly.
  • Pairing is successful when the green LED is on for 3 seconds
  • Pairing failed if the red LED is on for 3 seconds

The smart plug is executing a software upgrade

  • The upgrade is successful when the green LED is on for 3 seconds.
  • The upgrade failed if the red LED is on for 3 seconds
  • During an upgrade, you can use your smart plug

The smart plug is load protection mode

The smart plug has been used outside the normal operating conditions:

  1. Remove the plugged-in device
  2. Wait for at least 5 min to press the LED button to re-activate normal operation (*)
  3. If the problem persists, replace the smart plug

(*) There is a standard block period of 5 min before re-activation.
