The installation should be carried out by a qualified installer and in accordance with the regulations of the local distribution system operator.
The images below are for the 3 Pol. version (61-033); the installation for the 3 Pol.+N (61-034) is similar.
Step 1
Click onto the DIN rail, according to IEC/EN 60715.
Always mount CORON® 2 T horizontally. Pay attention to the rated diversity factor (RDF) according to IEC/EN 61439-1.
We recommend mounting a cassette with fuse plugs on the DIN rail next to the fuse(s) to make spare fuse plugs readily available. Replacing a blown fuse plug with a spare one avoids touching the hot fuse.CORON® 2 must always be mounted horizontally.
Step 2
Only use suitable wires:
-
Use only copper wires
-
Rigid, stranded, or flexible
-
Cross section 1.5 – 35 mm2
Strip the wires. Use ferrules for flexible wires.
Step 3
Always feed at the bottom of the fuse switch disconnector and load at the top. Secure with 3 Nm, using a PZ2 screwdriver.
Use the wiring diagram to connect the wires correctly. Refer to the tables below for the number of wires that can be connected.

Step 4
Remove the placeholder and insert the fuse link.
4.1 Remove the placeholder.
4.2 Depending on the chosen fuse link, insert the appropriate gauge ring.
Use the fitting tool to insert the correct ring. The gauge ring differs when using a D01 or D02 fuse link and adapter spring.
4.3 Assemble the fuse link
Depending on the chosen fuse link, use the appropriate gauge rings:
4.4 Insert the fuse link
Step 5
Switch ON.
Step 6
Check the fuse within 24 hours after switching ON:
-
The average operation temperature must be less than or equal to 35°C.
-
The terminals must remain secured at 3 Nm.
