Introduction

This topic describes the integration of products from partner brands into Niko Home Control II.

Here you can find which products from our partner brands you can link and what their features are: https://www.niko.eu/enus/campaign/partners.

Starting point

  • Your Niko Home Control installation has been registered at mynikohomecontrol.niko.eu.
  • Your Niko Home Control installation and the products you want to link are online.
  • Ideally, the product you want to link has been installed and you know the login for the partner brand's portal site.

Procedure

  1. Log in to your personal Niko Home Control page with your e-mail address and password.

  2. Click on the Connected services button. This is where you manage all the services linked to your installation, including those from partner brands.

  3. Select the ALL tab.
    Result: An overview of the available partner brands appears.

  4. Select the partner brand you want to add.
    Result: A pop-up window appears giving further instructions. 

  5. Follow the activation procedure. This will vary from partner to partner.
    Result: The partner brand is now activated.
    If your installation online, the activated partner brand will appear on your Niko Home Control app and/or touchscreen within a few minutes.
    If your installation is not online, then the activated partner brand will appear as soon as you bring your installation online.

    Extra programming will be needed in the Niko Home Control II programming software if you want to link the partner brand's functions to your installation.

    As an example:

    When you press the Standard 'all-off' button, the Velux skylights will close as well.

Startpunt

  • Je Niko Home Control installatie is geregistreerd op mynikohomecontrol.niko.eu.
  • Je Niko Home Control installatie en je te koppelen product zijn online.
  • Bij voorkeur is het product dat je wil koppelen geïnstalleerd en ken je de login voor de portaalsite van het partnermerk.

Procedure

  1. Meld je aan op je persoonlijke Niko Home Control-pagina met je e-mailadres en je wachtwoord.

  2. Klik op de knop Geconnecteerde services. Hier kun je alle services beheren die aan je installatie gelinkt zijn, ook die van partnermerken.

  3. Selecteer het tabblad ALLE.
    Resultaat: Een overzicht van de beschikbare partnermerken verschijnt.

  4. Selecteer het partnermerk dat je wilt toevoegen.
    Resultaat: Een pop-up venster met verdere instructies verschijnt. 

  5. Volg de activatieprocedure. Deze verschilt van partner tot partner.
    Resultaat: Het partnermerk is nu geactiveerd.
    Is je installatie online, dan verschijnt het geactiveerde partnermerk binnen enkele minuten in je Niko Home app en/of touchscreen.
    Is je installatie niet online, dan verschijnt het geactiveerde partnermerk zodra je je installatie online brengt.

    Er is extra programmatie in de Niko Home Control II programmeersoftware nodig als je functies van het partnermerk wil koppelen aan je installatie.

    Druk je op de Standaard alles uit knop dan sluiten ook de Velux dakramen.
