Energy alerts

What can you do with energy alerts?

When you set alerts, you will notice abnormal situations immediately and you can take appropriate action. These alerts are useful in many situations, including the following examples:

• Water leakage

• Solar panel malfunction

• Peak power consumption exceeding the capacity tariff limit (only relevant in certain regions, e.g. Flanders)

In the Energy tab, you can create and view your own alerts. For each alert you define a target value and a period (day, week, month, year).

What do you need?

Your Niko Home Control installation meets the following requirements:

• It receives the necessary measurement data (see Energy insights for all available solutions)

• It is configured with the most recent version of the programming software
