Energy measurements

The section of the energy measurements contains the following components:

Component

Description

Arrow

Click the arrow next to the energy measurement you want to diagnose.

Name

The name or screen name of the measurement in the programming software.

Live value

The live energy measurement is a static value.

Click Refresh data to reload the value.

For a global reading, the value can be positive (consuming energy from the grid) or negative (injecting energy into the grid).

For a sub-reading, the value should always be a positive value. If the value is negative, you have to set the parameter clamp measurement direction (of a channel) of the energy reading control to inverted and upload the configuration file to the installation, or physically switch the direction of the measuring clamp in the cabinet.

The value of a smart plug or a connected switching socket outlet is always positive.
