Energy (diagnostics)
Starting point
You are on the Energy tab.
Description of the Energy tab
The Energy tab shows the status of:
your solar panel inverter and/or
your energy measurements.
The tab contains static information, click Refresh data to reload the page.
Click the button Export data to create a .csv file that contains your daily and quarterly energy consumption.

Energy measurements
The section of the energy measurements contains the following components:
Component | Description |
---|---|
Arrow | Click the arrow next to the energy measurement you want to diagnose. |
Name | The name or screen name of the measurement in the programming software. |
Live value | The live energy measurement is a static value. Click Refresh data to reload the value. For a global reading, the value can be positive (consuming energy from the grid) or negative (injecting energy into the grid). For a sub-reading, the value should always be a positive value. If the value is negative, you have to set the parameter clamp measurement direction (of a channel) of the energy reading control to inverted and upload the configuration file to the installation, or physically switch the direction of the measuring clamp in the cabinet. The value of a smart plug or a connected switching socket outlet is always positive. |
