Bus communication
Starting point
- You have an installation with a connected controller.
- You have opened the Diagnostics page.
- You are on the Bus communication tab.
Description of the Bus communication tab
The Bus communication tab provides a status overview of the bus communication based on the following components.

| B | History log | Logbook of all bus messages of the past 3 to 7 days |
| C | Search |
Search function to find bus messages |
| D | Message list | The messages from the live tracing or history log |
The following automated messages are not displayed:
- time stamps
- temperature measurements
- analogue sensor measurements
- energy measurements
For example, wind measurements of sunblinds are not logged.
If a measurement starts a basic action or routine (e.g. the wind picks up causing the sunblinds to be raised), that basic action or routine is logged.
Search
A few examples of search terms:
- the name of a control or a device as entered in the programming software
- the address of a control or a module
- a room
Message list
The message list contains the following information.
