The device will be placed in addressing mode using the instructions given by the software. The device itself determines when it sends out its address. You may therefore need to wait a while (0 - 2 min).

  1. The green LED on the device flashes.

  2. Make a significant difference in light intensity. E.g. when there is little light in the area, shine a torch on the device or, cover the device when there is lots of light.

  3. The address is sent out.

  4. The green LED shines continuously.

  1. Switch the light sensitivity of the device to the maximum setting.

  2. Wave your arms in front of the lens.

  3. Switch the light sensitivity to the minimum setting again.

  4. The address is sent out.
