Contact your energy provider to activate the P1 port

The RJ12 cable is not (properly) plugged in

Connect only the Niko RJ12 cable (included) and follow the illustrated installation guidelines

The RJ12 cable picks up external interference

Only use the Niko RJ12 cable included in the packaging

Keep the cable away from sources of interference such as motors, pumps, power

converters …

The connection with Zigbee® devices in my home is (sometimes) lost

The USB cable picks up external interference

The interface of the wireless bridge is distorted by RF interference

Check the status of the wireless bridge on the diagnostics page (*). Remove possible RF interference sources such as Wi-Fi, Bluetooth® devices, and power converters …

Your furniture set-up has been modified (objects have been moved, added ...), causing the wireless signal to get blocked

Put your furniture back in place. Do not install objects containing large volumes of water (e.g. aquariums) that are located in a direct line between two wireless devices
