Adding Niko Home Control devices for traditional wiring to a bus wiring installation
To create a hybrid Niko Home Control installation with bus wiring and traditional wiring devices, follow the onboarding procedure in the Niko Home Control programming software (version 2.16 or newer):
- Open the Niko Home Control programming software
- Go to the tab 'Fill cabinet'
- Click 'Modules' to add the wireless bridge to your cabinet
- Add, configure and address the wireless and connected controls for traditional wiring
- Upload the new programming file
The wireless bridge doesn't need addressing besides the wireless and connected controls.
Adding third-party Zigbee® devices to the wireless bridge
Consult the latest version of the Niko Home Control programming software for an overview of the compatible Zigbee® devices (go to Create > Add controls and devices).
