Register your installation

Register your installation to be able to control it remotely with your smartphone or tablet and benefit from the Niko upgrade and support services.

Registration  procedure

You can register your Niko Home Control installation as follows:

1. Go to https://mynikohomecontrol.niko.eu.

2. Complete the Mac address and Serial number. 

If you receive a message saying that the combination of Mac address and serial number has already been used, please contact our customer support service (+32 3 778 90 80). The installer has probably already registered the installation on your behalf, or the previous resident forgot to delete his account. We will make sure that you can log in to the registration page with your own details.

3. Follow the steps on the registration page.



The application for iPads and iPhones requires iOS version 6.0 or later. The Android application requires version 2.3.3 or later.


Transfer of a Niko Home Control installation

If you have a registered Niko Home Control installation and have moved house

Delete your Niko Home Control account so that the new resident can register again in his own name. You can do this as follows:

1. Go to the registration page at https://mynikohomecontrol.niko.eu and log in.

2. Go to the section: Your profile.

3. Click on Delete account.

If you are the new resident of a house equipped with Niko Home Control

Register your installation as quickly as possible (see registration procedure above) to prevent the previous resident from having access to your installation.
