Description of the Network connectivity tab

The Network connectivity tab shows the status of the network connectivity between your connected controller or wireless smart hub and the Niko Home Control cloud services. If one of the listed parameters has a red LED and status NOK, the network issue is located in your local network.

Contact Niko Customer support if you can't resolve the issue.
