Description of the Bus communication tab 

The Bus communication tab provides a status overview of the bus communication based on the following components.

Live monitoring of new bus messages

BHistory logLogbook of all bus messages of the past 3 to 7 days
C Search

Search function to find bus messages

D Message list The messages from the live tracing or history log

The following automated messages are not displayed:

  • time stamps
  • temperature measurements
  • analogue sensor measurements
  • energy measurements

For example, wind measurements of sunblinds are not logged. 
If a measurement starts a basic action or routine  (e.g. the wind picks up causing the sunblinds to be raised), that basic action or routine is logged. 

Search

A few examples of search terms:

  • the name of a control or a device as entered in the programming software
  • the address of a control or a module
  • a room

Message list

The message list contains the following information.

RefComponent and description
ADate and time of the bus message
B

Control/device indication:

  • square = control. This message was generated by the mentioned control.
  • circle = device. This message controls the mentioned device.
CName of the control or the device as entered in the programming software
DDescription of the bus message
EAddress of the control or the module: refers to the control or the module
FRoom where the control or device is located (as entered in the programming software)
