Open an existing project from version 1.13 onwards

Situation

This step-by-step plan explains how to open an existing project with the Niko Home Control software, for example because it is not yet finished, or because you want to modify it. 

Starting point

The starting point is the home screen of the step Project information.

Open an existing project

• Click on open existing project in the left-hand column.
  The file explorer is launched. 

• Browse to the location of the file and select it.
  When using this software version for the first time, a window will appear to enter the required installer data.

The installer data will be automatically filled in next time.

If it has already been entered, a window appears to verify the installer data.

The Niko Home Control software loads the existing project after which it can be edited.
