How does the customer know that the back-up supply is active?
In order to build in extra security for the installation, you can equip the electrical cabinet with a back-up supply and back-up controller.
If the Master supply drops out, the back-up supply will automatically take over its tasks and function as the Master supply.
The customer receives a message on his smartphone and/or touchscreen that the back-up supply is active.
The customer will thus have sufficient time to contact his installer and have the original power supply replaced.
