Action with time automation (delay) without stop behaviour

If you wish to automatically stop an action on the basis of a delay, but this action has no stop behaviour, you may see this message during upload: 


Action 'action x' has a delay trigger to stop this action, but no off steps.


This message means that action with 'action x' has a delay trigger to stop the action but has no steps for the stop. 


Click on Creation at the top of the screen.

Click on the List view symbol in the upper left-hand corner of the screen to find the action quickly.


Enter the name of the action that has no steps at the top left of the screen. 

The Niko Home Control software immediately begins to search.

Click in the search results on the action that you wish to modify.

Add at least one element to the stop behaviour for the action to resolve the problem.

If the time automation has no further value for the installation, you can also delete it.

Run through the various steps for the action and click on save.

Go back to Realisation in the menu at the top of the screen.

Click on the upload tab.

Click on upload at the bottom of the screen. 

A warning will appear, indicating that the existing programme will be overwritten.

Click on upload.

Once the upload is complete, the Niko Home Control software will report that the installation has been programmed.

Click on close project.

A warning will appear, asking if you wish to save the project.

Click on save.

You will return to the Niko Home Control software start screen.

The project is saved and closed.
